In 1999, Gail earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Besides project management practices and standards, she is well versed in multiple software engineering methodologies and standards such as Agile methods, Test Driven Development (TDD), SEI's Capability Maturity Model, Unified Modelling Language (UML), Rational Unified Process, and IEEE Software Standards. Gail stays abreast of new developments in these areas and is currently following the progress of the Software Engineering body of knowledge SWEBOK.
